We will accept Return or Size Exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met -
In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us within 7 days of receiving the product. To be clear, if you have received a product on 1st Jan 2017, then you can ask for replacement or return till 7th Jan 2017. We will replace the product.
Certain items such as Swimwear, Leggings, Bags and Accessories are non returnable.
In order to smoothen the return process, please follow the simple guidelines listed below:
1. Request for return must be filed within 7 days based on the original delivery date of your package to info@gloriya.in .
2. Once we approve your request, an return number will be sent to you accordingly. Please tag/print/write the return number on the outside of your shipping package.
3. Put the product back in its original state of packing.
4. Ensure that the original invoice is inserted in the package.
5. Seal the package properly.
6. Kindly email us at info@gloriya.in to inform us of the return. Send us the airway bill number and details of the courier at so that we may track and process it.
7. Send it to the address mentioned below.
8. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns marked COD for insufficient postage will be refused.

Once we receive the products, our experts will determine whether the above guidelines are adhered to or not. If things are in order, we will start with refund of your items within 7 days time. The COD charges will not be refunded. It is a non-refundable, convenience fee.
